An edit of a photograph i took of a Bold Eagle at a place called Eagle hights in Kent, England used some filters and image layers. Along with a plugin as described by Brian in the comments below.

    Afraid not luke but, as commented below part of the process was a plugin called fractalius and plugins apear to be frown upon lol, although i think Camera raw is a plugin to. but people dont mind you using that. However the thing is im learning every day
